The Point Specifics Acupuncture clinic vege garden beds have just been set out for Winter. We feel that vegetable gardening is a really good analogy for fertility. Before the seedling and seeds were planted, we nourished the soil with compost. All our green waste goes into four cycling compost bins with a worm farm in each. After about nine months, the compost is ready for the garden. We plant our seedlings and seeds into this juicy rich soil, cover with mulch and let them sit in the gentle sunlight and drench them with water.
Notice we didn’t simply throw our seedlings down on dry barren soil and just hope for success. There was a process and a method. The seeds and seedlings come from Granddad’s farm were he’s been caring for them. The soil has been nurtured. Once planted, we continue to care for the new growing life.
The reason we harp on about lifestyle changes and pre-conception care relates a lot to our example of gardening. Often, we require these changes to be in place before we actually start treatment with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. If you would like to come in and discuss these issues further, send us an message here.
